At Empower House PDX, we are committed to preventing homelessness and supporting marginalized communities in the Portland area. Through our rental assistance program and online courses in financial literacy, job development, and special education services, we empower households to achieve long-term stability. Our focus is on those with disabilities and those who identify as BIPOC, as we strive to create a more inclusive and equitable society. Our Vision
Our vision is to become the leading provider of rental assistance in Multnomah County.
By envisioning a future where all households have the support they need to maintain their housing and improve their financial stability. In addition, we recognize the importance of taking a proactive approach to homelessness, and our initiatives are designed to prevent families from facing this hardship. Through these efforts, we strive to empower communities of color and promote lasting change, one household at a time.
